The following are frequently asked questions:
1. Does your software work on a Mac? It works on the macOS using chrome but may work on other browsers also. It starts using the default browser.
2. Is my data stored in the cloud and is it secure? There is only account activation information stored about you so that we can contact you and license your product. Your application data resides on your computer or cloud drive chosen during installation. There are troubleshooting steps which show this in more detail including moving or restoring folders with data files in them.
3. Can I use the software on more than one of my computers? The software is licenses in a way that you can only use on one computer per license.
